Chopped shrimps and minced pork are marinated for hours in our special soy sauce and essence of dried scallops. Then chopped baby bamboo shoots and shredded wood ears are added for a unique flavor. Our wrappers are house-made to a thin consistency with an imported japanese flour. Water boiled to a smooth finish.
